I met Ailine a year ago when the idea of purchasing a home in LA started to become more of a reality for me. My girlfriend and her sister who had also purchased properties in LA the years prior had wonderful experiences with Ailine and right from the first time I met her I knew ours would be no different. Ailine is wonderful. When we decided to sell our home in Reseda's Briarcliffe community, it seemed like a no-brainer to contact her given her superb marketing and history of success in the neighborhood. When we finally did meet with her, we immediately could see how professional and prepared she was. She is strategic, but she is also mindful of the sellers' desires/concerns and is willing to take the time to listen. We felt so good about our fist few consultations that we also brought Ailine on board to be our buying agent for our new home.  

Great decision. While the Briarcliffe sale went off without a hitch, finding the perfect new single-family home was a bit more complicated. Ailine was an expert at navigating the challenges of arranging the contingencies for the sale of our old home in order to insure that we would not be too pressured to immediately get into a new place. She was patient and communicative and did a really great job at the end representing/promoting us to the seller's agent who had a ton of offers to chose from. Ultimately, we got the home that was right for us and sold our old place for more than we had hoped. Highly recommended!

When my husband and I made the decision that we were ready to officially start house hunting, we were completely lost. Sure, in the age of the internet everything is pretty much online and you can do the majority of your searching there but that can only take you so far.

We tried soliciting help from a few agents that were recommended by the various sites that we visited but they were a bust. No one took us seriously, for one we looked like two lost puppies unsure of the entire process and I could physically see our so called agents zoning out when we were explaining to them what we were looking for and our requirements for our home. Needless to say we fired a few and were close to giving up. That was until we were recommended Ailine from our cousins. I highly recommend Ailine for any real estate need (house, condo, investment property, etc). She helped us buy our house after we searched for a whole year with another agent.
